    Is a comprehensive set of HR functionalities to efficiently manage your work force. The HR user gets a wide and complete picture of the employee, starting from his/her personal and employment details to disciplinary or injury information, on top of data pertaining to their appointment, transfers or salary file. All changes effected are automatically logged through an audit trail mechanism with the appropriate date and time stamp.

    Payroll

    Payroll provides a comprehensive set of functionalities that enables your HR staff to accurately compute and deliver the employees’ payroll on payday, and ready to be printed on pay-slips. All payroll processes are fully automated and are as per statutory laws and regulations. A whole set of standard HR and Payroll reports already exist in the system which can be also customized according to your requirements.

    Employee Self-Service

    The Employee Self Service function allows personal access to employee personal information through personalised secured access. ESS decentralizes the management of personal information to the employees whilst the HR maintains a centralized control on the information update. On-line leaves application and other self-service functions engage the employees and managers in a full blown on-line service thus eliminating the paper based processes.

    Secured Role-Based Access

    Secured role-based access allows only authorized user to gain access to the system through defined user accounts and privileges. Information confidentiality, unauthorized user access and other security aspects have been dealt with both at the applications and database levels. With the back-end database, TaMIS already comes with in-built security and audit control features protecting your data and preserving your TaMIS database integrity.

    Leaves and Attendance Management

    This module allows HR rules and other conditions pertaining to leaves to be easily defined by authorized end users. It also caters for a batch end of year processing function to facilitate the computation of yearly leave entitlements as well as the refunds of unutilized leaves.

    Loan Management

    The loan management function manages the in-house loans and advances of employees. Starting from the employee self-service loan application, on-line processing, approval of loans and management of the loan facilities the loan management function offers a complete and adaptable solution. Seamlessly interfaced with the accounting systems for disbursement and payments of the loan is also featured.

    HR Business Intelligence

    An integrated BI system brings to you a flexible management reporting tool with data extraction in various formats such as PDF or Excel. It includes proven, leading BI and data warehousing technology, including interactive dashboards and highly formatted reporting.

    Seamless Accounting Integration

    TaMIS integrates seamlessly with any accounting system software that is open to integration. All financial transactions such as payroll components, performance bonus resulting from performance appraisal rewards, loan repayments and non-bank payments are interfaced with the financial system.

    On-line Performance Management

    This module contains a comprehensive set of tools to maintain and track information on the performance of employees. The system allows users to define performance appraisal classes and key result areas (KRAs), and outcomes of the exercise, such as the strength and weaknesses of the appraisee are recorded via this module. The system is integrated with the TaMIS payroll module for the rewarding purposes as a result of their appraisal score(s).

    Full Local Legislation Compliance

    TaMIS solution is rule driven. It is therefore adaptive to the local legislation where the solution is implemented. By configuring the rule layer of the TaMIS solution, you have a full local legislation compliance. In addition, the rule layer can also embed the organization policies and rules to make the solution more specific within the chosen legislation.
