HRMS / Payroll
The Human Resource Management System (HRMS) consists of an integrated payroll and personnel package which has a comprehensive suite of tools for Human Resource Management and processing payroll. The HRMS solution has two main components:
The Personnel System has the following features:
- To manage comprehensive, up-to-date and on-line employee information
- To perform position management by defining and recording employee experience and qualifications
- To process appointment, confirmation, change in posting and retirement
- To manage all activities designed to improve competence of employees through training
- To generate analysis and statistical reports to help decision making
The payroll system includes the following functionalities:
- To process payroll quickly and easily
- To access comprehensive personal payment information
- To quickly process complex calculations such as productivity bonus and PAYE
- To automate End of year bonus, Government compensation and Increments processing
- To examine employee payment histories at any time
- To generate a complete set of Payroll and PAYE reports
