Enterprise Computing and Networking Infrastructure
SIL provides high-quality products and support on servers, PCs and networking equipment (Sun Microsystems, IBM, Symantec, Veritas, Cisco).
SIL has a team of highly qualified and experienced engineering staff to analyze clients' hardware requirements to produce detailed plan for hardware system architecture, which would include the server, PC terminals, network accessories, data cabling, security appliances and electrical sub-system such as UPS, isolating transformer, and surge protection device.
Hosting and Disaster Recovery Services*
SIL also offers Disaster Recovery (DR) Services to its customers so as to prepare the replacement of information system and to counteract interruptions in business activities and to protect business processes from the effects of major failures or disasters.

Delivered as a custom service, our Disaster Recovery Services offering encompass the full range of IT Disaster Recovery needs.
The DR Services offered are designed to ensure that enterprises like yours have the facilities, systems, tools, and data necessary to stay viable at times when your production IT site cannot be. SIL offers four basic services: Off-site backup, Cold site, Warm site and Hot site DR Services.
- Off-site Backup
The remote secure storage of duplicate copies of every backup activity performed at the primary site - to be used in case of a major disaster at the Primary site
- Cold Site Backup
An empty facility, located away from the primary site, with necessary data-center infrastructure, without IT systems, ready for installation and business operations in the event of a disaster that may render the primary site unusable for normal IT operations
- Warm Site Backup
A dedicated remote data-center facility with all the necessary infrastructure, hardware, software and communications equipment deployed in an offline mode, with the online data from the primary site being backed up and archived at the remote data-center periodically
- Hot Site Backup
A remote site provisioned with all data-center facilitates dedicated IT infrastructure and real-time replication of transaction / business data from the primary site, proving a 'near' exact replica of the data at the primary site.
