With years of business experience, SIL has put in place an Internal Business Process department. It aims at determining the business processes in which an organisation must excel so as to satisfy its stakeholders. Customer Service

A dedicated department to address customer service has been created at SIL. The purpose of the Customer Service department is to provide exceptional class service to customers in the ICT business environment.

The customer service helpdesk is a live interface to customers for reporting service requests and queries by phone, fax and email. Such requests are logged onto the database and immediately passed on to the appropriate resource and attended within reasonable delay with constant follow ups.
