MEXA Logistics Week 2009
Promoting Mauritius as a Logistics Hub
Monday 9th - Friday 13th November, 2009
Following the success of the first edition of the Logistics Week in May 2008, the MEXA (Mauritius Export Association) Logistics Council organised and conducted the Logistics Week 2009, 'Promoting Mauritius as a Logistics Hub' and which was held between 9 - 13 November 2009.
The MEXA Logistics Council is one of the clusters under the Mauritius Export Association that was set up in 2007 in view of promoting the logistics sector and assisting the development of the export sector in Mauritius. The Council is constituted of members from both the private and public sectors.
The following activities were organised by MEXA and its partners during the Logitics Week:
- Logistics Campus - Conference and Exhibition
- Workshop on 'Logistics Management for Beginners'
- MEXA Logistics Award 2009
State Informatics Limited showed its presence and support for the MEXA Logistics Week by participating as well as sponsoring this important annual event.
