  • IT Engineer/Consultant (Quality Assurance)

    We are currently looking for an IT Engineer/Consultant to drive process improvements, perform Quality Assurance activities and ensure maintenance of the ISO9001 certifications for the company.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive process improvement activities including identification, development and implementation of process improvements;
    • Responsible for process optimization function;
    • Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015;
    • Regular update of SDLC for the organisation and optimisation of PLC;
    • Analyse, report and manage the organisation metrics;
    • Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new tools and technologies;
    • Assess and study new industry practices;
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of internal audits including own participation in internal quality audits;
    • Provide process consultation to teams;
    • Perform testing activities on projects.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in ICT, or equivalent;
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process assessment, process design, process improvement activities and project costing;
    • Proven experience in development and enhancement of Quality Management System;
    • Demonstrated knowledge of PMBOK &/or Agile Methods;
    • Demonstrated experience in IT is required;
    • Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015;
    • Good knowledge and skill set in Software Development Life Cycle/Software Test Life Cycle.

    • Ability to write process documentations and to review and write down test cases and test plans and following up with development team when required;

  • Accounting Technician

    We are currently looking for an Accounting Technician whose main role will be to assist the Accountant in the execution of accounting, financial, taxation and project costing activities.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Provide support to the Accountant/Senior Accounting Technician in his/her daily activities;
    2. Keep accurate financial accounts and draft financial reports;
    3. Issue and file invoices, Purchase Orders, Receipts, Debit & Credit Notes;
    4. Process and payment of invoices;
    5. Prepare Bank transfers;
    6. Record receipts and payments;
    7. Analyze and evaluate financial and accounting records;
    8. Post data to various ledgers, registers and journals as per the established procedures and guidelines;
    9. Monitor debtors and creditors;
    10. Reconcile Statement of Tax;
    11. Prepare Statements of Accounts;
    12. Ensure proper return of monthly & quarterly Value Added Tax;
    13. Liaise with clients on all matters relating to their accounts and operations;
    14. Perform project costing activities;
    15. Provide support to the Management team, in particular members of the management team responsible for the delivery of products and services, in the financial analysis of projects and regularly prepare profit and loss, cash flow statements for all projects.

    RESOURCE TO BE ALLOCATED - (Standard as allocated to SIL 3 Level Employees)

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • HSC + Level I of ACCA + 4 subjects at Level II (Equivalent);
    • 2 years relevant experience;
    • Knowledge of the principles and procedures of Accounting, Auditing and Finance;
    • Conversant with Quality procedures under CMM/ISO.

    SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
    • Learn job requirements and perform effectively in short time;
    • Ability to work under pressure and during odd hours to meet tight deadlines;

  • IT Engineers/Consultants (Functional/Technical ERP)

    We are currently looking for IT Engineers/Consultants for an overseas assignment to implement Oracle ERP products and technology in order to meet customer specifications according to industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology. They will follow standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations by applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. They will also provide support to existing and new clients.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Analyse and conceptualisation of the solution;
    2. Implementation of Applications;
    3. Provide support for product walk-through, simplification workshop and future process modelling;
    4. Maintenance of existing Applications;
    5. Prepare system documentation and manuals;
    6. Review functional setups and configuration and take corrective actions;
    7. Conduct hands-on training to end users;
    8. Provide functional and administrative support;
    9. Participate in Peer Reviews to ensure program complies with agreed specifications and standards;
    10. Perform any other related functions to be assigned by Project Manager

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • A degree in Information Technology or a degree in Finance or a degree in HRM or equivalent;
    • At least 2 years of experience in end to end life cycle Oracle ERP R12 Implementation as functional and technical;
    • Good knowledge of Oracle Applications fundamentals and Architecture;
    • At least 2 years’ experience in PL/SQL, workflow, alerts, personalisation; 
    • Solid experience on Oracle Financials R12 or Oracle HRMS R12;
    • Have worked with HCM Modules (HR, PAY,SS, OLM, PMS) or Financials Modules (AP, AR,GL,CM,FA) or SCM and Public Sector Budgeting.

    SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

They will follow standard practices and procedures for development of reports, forms, workflow and others and provide support to existing and new clients.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Analyse, design and program application system of moderate complexity and scale;
    2. Conduct detailed study to prepare Functional Specification Document (FSD)/Customisation Specification Document (CSD) ;
    3. Conduct, review and validate design and software specifications;
    4. Conduct data analysis and prepare logical database structure;
    5. Maintenance of existing systems;
    6. Participate in peer reviews to ensure that programs written comply with approved specifications and standards;
    7. Assume responsibility for
      - the preparation of software documentation and user manuals and;
      - the testing and correction of programs.
    8. Communicate effectively with the project team and;
    9. Perform any other related functions to be assigned by the Project Manager.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum a Bachelor Degree, preferably in IT;
    • 3+ years of experience as Oracle EBS R12 as technical consultant;
    • Involved in end to end life cycle ERP implementation in Oracle EBS R12;
    • Working knowledge of the HCM and Financials modules 
    • Work on various maintenance/development activities such as patching, migration
    • Solid experience in PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher
    • 1 Year experience in Oracle Application Framework.
    • Good knowledge of project life cycles and ability to assist in design and development reviews.
