|Dr. Avinash Ramtohul has 20 years working experience in the IT industry in Africa including 11 years with Oracle in Middle East and Africa. He is presently the Country Leader for Oracle in Mauritius and Director for Technology Consulting in Sub-Saharan Africa leading teams based in Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Mauritius, Ivory Coast and South Africa.
Dr. Ramtohul holds a PhD, MBA, MSc and BSc from University of Mauritius, University of Bristol, UK and University of Pune, India, respectively. His Doctoral Thesis specialises in Information Security for E-Government. Dr. Ramtohul is Chartered Manager (Chartered Management Institute, UK), Chartered IT Professional (Chartered Institute for IT) and a part-time faculty member of University of Technology, Mauritius.
He has various academic publications and has presented several research papers in International Conferences, covering e-government, information security, e-learning and Leadership/Change Management. He has also published his work in respected International Journals.

|Graham is currently the Senior Director for Customer Experience in Oracle, Eastern and Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (ECEMEA). In this role he is responsible for Development and support of the CX Product strategy for the region and supporting the Sales teams and their customers across the CX portfolio.
Graham has more than 40 years of experience in the IT industry having worked with IBM, Siebel and now Oracle. He led the Financial Services Sales in IBM UK, was Managing Director of Siebel in South Africa, and prior to his current role he led the Communications and Media Industry application sales team in MEA for Oracle.
Graham is based in Cape Town, South Africa and travels extensively across the ECEMEA region.

|Ranoo is in the IT industry for the past 25+ years, whereby he has interacted with customers in Government, Banking and Insurance, Retail, Distribution, Logistics and Utilities in several countries in Southern and Eastern Africa. Ranoo has also delivered IT and Consultancy projects involving infrastructure design, business process streamlining and data centre design to Government and private enterprises in France, Mauritius, Rwanda and Kenya.
Ranoo holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science and a MBA.

|Mr S.Ramparsad is currently in charge of the Government Accounts and Financial Reporting and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of accountancy and finance in the government. In 2008 he has been one of the key staff involved in the development of a new Chart of Account (COA) and upgrading of the Treasury Accounting System (TAS).
He is a fellow of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Master of Business Administration (Financial Management) from the University of Mauritius.
He is also a freelance lecturer for ACCA courses and a Certified ISMS Professional.

|Amrith is the Cloud Technology Manager for Oracle’s SADC countries. With around 20 years of experience, Amrith held a number of roles from both the customer and partner communities before joining Oracle itself 9 years ago. He runs the pre-sales operations in the SADC countries and is also the Cloud Technology Customer Advisor Lead for Sub-Saharan Africa, assisting organizations embrace digital transformation.|

|Amit is a Senior Presales Technology Consultant covering the Eastern & SADC region. His primary focus is Business Intelligence and Big data Solutions. With over 10 years of experience working with Oracle technologies, Amit held a number of roles in the retail sector and public utilities before joining Oracle.
Prior to joining Oracle, Amit worked for the central Water Authority of Mauritius as IT Manager. He was involved in leading and implementing Oracle projects within the public utility and its partners.
Amit holds a Degree in Computer Applications and an MBA from the University of Surrey. He also holds a diploma in hardware engineering and is an Oracle certified professional in database. He is certified at associate level in project leadership certification. Amit has been a recipient of the group study exchange program by Rotary International to USA and Canada on the theme of Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy. Amit is also actively involved in the social sphere, being a Rotary member and Charter president of the Rotaract club of his town.

|Mrs Madhub holds an LL.B from University of Mauritius since 1998 and was awarded the first prize in the 1999 bar exams of the Council of Legal Education in Mauritius.
She joined the Attorney-General’s Office in august 2001 and stayed there for six and a half years as Senior State Counsel. She was awarded the British Chevening Scholarship in 2003 and concluded successfully her LL.M in International Human Rights at Essex University, Colchester.
In August 2007, she joined the Prime Minister’s Office as Data Protection Commissioner and she is also a member of the Francophone Association of Data Protection Commissioners and GPEN Network. She was appointed Data Protection and Human Rights Expert by Interpol in March 2011 and since then, she is a member of the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files.
In September 2014, she was appointed UN expert by joining the UN Global Pulse Data Advisory Group. She has also published various articles in international journals and guidelines on data protection.
