Performance Management System

Of all the tools that we have for creating a robust organisation and a performance-based culture, probably the single best is a Performance Management System. We have established regular performance appraisals over the past years

The performance Management System at SIL believes in recognizing achievements, developing skills and fostering better performance. The system not only looks at how individual employee performs against his/her goals, but also how he/she does his/her job.

SIL has also embarked on its journey towards balanced score card approach to the PMS which makes the performance management more dynamic.

Training

With an increasingly more discerning customer base and rapid changes in technologies, SIL is constantly raising targets in terms of productivity and standards by improving staff performance and updated with latest technologies through training. Our investment on employee education and training allows us to sustain and maintain our competitive edge in our industry.

The company training division has an ongoing training programme with a special budget allocation, which provides for a wide range of courses run both internally and externally.
