SIL has also embarked on its journey towards balanced score card approach to the PMS which makes the performance management more dynamic.

The company training division has an ongoing training programme with a special budget allocation, which provides for a wide range of courses run both internally and externally. It is well equipped in terms of up-to-date audiovisual equipment to facilitate the delivery of training sessions.
